Hey Fashionistas,
I was recently gifted by Influenster and Maybelline with the amazing Mini City Pallette. The palette comes in a bunch of different colors but I received the Girl's Night Glimmer. The entire palate has shimmery, glittery shades. So if you are not into glitter this palette is not for you.
The shades are pigmented and easy to apply. They are blendable but the really glittery shades have a good amount of fall out so be sure to start with the eyes and then finish your face.
I went for a mermaid look with a green shimmery eye. You start off by applying the base color. In order to create depth in your eye, apply a darker shade in your crease and blend everything! For a pop of color, I added the green shade to my lid. To finish the eye look off I applied an eyeliner with the darkest shade and et voila your mermaid eye is ready!
My conclusion: A nice little palette that is great for creating an evening/party look. It is super travel and budget friendly. If you are looking for a shimmery small palette you want to check out the Maybelline Mini City Palette.
