what to wear to the office

Hey Fashionistas,

I am a summer child through and through, and my least favorite seasons are fall and winter. The only thing I like about colder temperatures is the possibility to layer up. Speaking of layering, my favorite piece during fall is a jeans jacket. A Jeans jacket is the perfect cover-up to transition from warmer to colder days. I prefer an oversized cut because it looks more effortless, plus it allows you to layer clothes more easily. But how to style a jeans jacket without looking too basic?

These high waist pants with a wide leg are my faves to wear to the office and a great alternative to jeans. They always look super chic and give the impression of longer legs. I paired these pants with a pink shirt and my jeans jacket. Practically you can wear this look to the office or to Sunday brunch. It's casual enough to run errands but sophisticated enough to meet clients at the office.

I always recommend wearing high heels with these types of pants. I paired my nude heels with the look.

My necklaces and earrings are from Marlyn Schiff. The quality and price are fantastic, plus they often launch new pieces! One of my favorite ways to necklaces is to layer them, especially if the design is simple yet elegant to pair it with any outfit. The set that I am wearing contains three necklaces, I added the hooked ring necklace to the mix, and what's great about this set is that they only have one lock to close the chain. So no annoying detangling when you store them. My earrings are perfect for the season. I love these cute golden leaf earrings.

Thanks for stopping by!
