I am so glad is stop raining and the temperatures are also supposed to climb up a little bit before they are going down again. I was so sore for the past two days because I tried this new 30-minutes Pilates full body work out. That was quite exhausting but it feels good to be active.
I did a lot of makeup looks lately so I decided it is time for some outfit inspiration. A while ago I received this super cute polka dot shirt. At the moment, it is kind of difficult wearing it because I am always cold and the only thing I really want is to cuddle up in at least three blankets.
Anyways, I received this tank top from Ten17Fashion an online shop that you should check out. They have a lot of cute clothes.
I love me a good denim look. There is nothing more bucolic out there than a ripped pair of jeans and polka dot shirt that you can tie in the front. To keep that country feeling going I paired this look with a fringe jacket.
When I go out I prefer wearing clutches or cross bags. In this case, I grabbed this beautiful brown clutch that once belonged to my grandmother. I love the idea of passing iconic pieces like clutches down to younger generations.
The clutch adds a bit of a vintage vibe to my look whereas the polka dot shirt is super trendy. I love the mix of different textures and times.
Next time you put your outfit together, look for iconic pieces to pair with. A good place to find those pieces are your moms/grandmothers closet. In the fashion world we don't say thing are old we say they are vintage!
