Winter officially starts today and most of you guys are probably wearing jackets and coats. In southern California, we just put on a sweater and a pair of jeans. But let me tell you something this outfit also looks great with a coat.
The key to this outfit is simplicity with an interesting twist. I decided to wear distressed jeans with a straight leg. A jean with a straight leg is an essential piece because it goes with everything and at the same time it is casual and stylish. I also recommend to spent a little bit more on a pair of jeans since they will last longer and normally fit and feel better.
To keep the look casual yet polished, I paired a grey cropped sweater and light pink sleeveless blouse. The highlight of my look are my Jeffrey Campbell heels. Jeffrey Campbell has slowly become the footwear brand to know in the US.
The heels are (surprisingly) really comfortable and a real eye-catcher. They add a feminine touch to this outfit while still looking fun and sassy.
The outfit is complete with a brown purse and I am ready to meet my friends for lunch.
