A few more days and we kiss 2015 good-bye. So I put together a classy outfit with a sparkling twist that works fantastic for the last day of this year. I promise you will be the shiniest star on the dancefloor.

New Year's Eve is the perfect day to wear your sequin dress that you bought and thought you will have no use for. I’m wearing a short sequin dress with a tulle skirt. In case you prefer the little black dress, no problem I found it here.

This dress is made for dancing. The skirt will swing and move while the top part sparkles in the lights. Tip: I usually wear a type of short under my dress so even if the dress accidently lifts up, you won’t be embarrassed.

I love pairing blazers to casual outfits because a blazer instantly makes your look more sophisticated looking. This Michael Kors blazer is actually on sale right now! What I love most about this look is how the sequins of the dress and the blazer shine together and creating a polished impression. This outfit is sexy without showing too much skin.

We can’t leave the house without a clutch to keep our belongings in place. I decided to add a little dash of color to my NYE outfit to be unique. When it comes to shoes, I like something extraordinary and comfortable. Your shoes should be comfortable no matter what because you will most likely be standing all evening long. I’m wearing faux fur boots. These boots are super comfortable while being edgy and different.

How to style an "ugly" Christmas Sweater

What would Christmas be without an “ugly” sweater? Exactly, not much fun, right?

In today’s blog post I want to show you that a Christmas sweater can be cute and stylish. This post might come in handy when you are opening your presents later and your grandma bought you one of those sweaters.

I decided to buy a grey sweater with little hearts and a penguin. I love this sweater because it’s super cute while looking grown-up. I kept the rest of my outfit casual and simple so the sweater gets its full potential to shine. I decided to pair my sweater with a distressed jean and a pair of Toms.

Don’t overload this look with patterns or accessories. Think smart and add a dash of color to your style in order to make it more vibrant. I choose to add the color red to my ensemble. The red details in my accessories, nails and shoes really bring out the Christmas feeling.

How to Style Floral Heels

Winter officially starts today and most of you guys are probably wearing jackets and coats. In southern California, we just put on a sweater and a pair of jeans. But let me tell you something this outfit also looks great with a coat.

The key to this outfit is simplicity with an interesting twist. I decided to wear distressed jeans with a straight leg. A jean with a straight leg is an essential piece because it goes with everything and at the same time it is casual and stylish. I also recommend to spent a little bit more on a pair of jeans since they will last longer and normally fit and feel better.

To keep the look casual yet polished, I paired a grey cropped sweater and light pink sleeveless blouse. The highlight of my look are my Jeffrey Campbell heels. Jeffrey Campbell has slowly become the footwear brand to know in the US.

The heels are (surprisingly) really comfortable and a real eye-catcher. They add a feminine touch to this outfit while still looking fun and sassy.

The outfit is complete with a brown purse and I am ready to meet my friends for lunch.

How to Look Sassy In Ugg Boots

It has been freezing cold here in Los Angeles so I appreciate every warm beam of sunshine. The sun might be shining but during fall, you will eventually catch a cold breeze here and there. In order to prepare for that, I decided to wear my casual rose sweater. I love printed sweaters because they always add something fun to your outfit. I recognize that a lot of people are wearing darker shades during fall and winter. I like to spice up my outfit with a dash of color, in this case, red.The red roses add an interesting twist to this casual sweater.

Tis the season of faux fur and sparkle! My feet want to stay warm during those colder months so I love to wear my red sparkling uggs. I love everything that sparkles so I couldn’t leave the store without them.

To finish my look, I grabbed my blue London Fog purse and I put on some distressed jeans. The blue jean is the basic piece in this look that calms down the powerful color red. Remember to add a neutral piece to your outfit when wearing bright or extraordinary pieces. This way those special items shine while your outfit looks polished and stylish.
